My passion for health began early in life.  I grew up very athletic and spending most of my free time at the gym and at the dance studio.  Exercise has always been a big part of my life, which helped me stay reasonably thin.  However, my nutrition was horrible!  I started to have chronic skin and hormone problems in my teen years and by the time I was 22, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid condition, Hashimoto’s.  So, I began to read.

This is where my passion for nutrition and natural health began.  I slowly changed my ways, and I am proud to say that I have cleared my skin and my hormone issues are a thing of the past.  My thyroid condition is under control and my energy levels are great.  I have three kids that were all textbook perfect pregnancies.  I got pregnant immediately all three times, never experiencing a miscarriage.

My new found love for natural health and natural products led me to beginning my career in sales for a large supplement manufacturer.  I called on health food stores, my home away from home.  I love being in a health food store!  During this time I went back to school and got a Master’s in Nutrition and also pursued a prestigious Certified Clinical Nutritionist certification.  In my many years in the natural products industry along with my clinical training, I consider myself an expert on supplementation.  I know what works and what is a waste of money (and there is a lot of that out there!).

I am committed to helping people feel better so they can do the things in their lives that fuel their passions.  Many of my clients suffer from depression, anxiety, fatigue, pain, digestive issues, insulin resistance (pre-diabetes), skin issues, and many more ailments.  The truth is that their stress levels are too high and their body chemistry is out of whack.  Once we start addressing these issues, the symptoms they are experiencing go away over time.  EVERY person in this planet is unique, special, and is designed to do something amazing.  I love helping people feel their best so they can fulfill their amazing purpose.

The Key to great health: OWN IT!!  YOU are responsible for the health of your body and mind.  No matter what the external influences in your life, YOU are in control of your thoughts, actions, and how you take care of your body.  I will help you exercise (and find) that healthy control that will score big health improvements.

Thanks for taking the time to read about me.  If you are motivated to improve your health and would like some help, we should talk.  Take the next step and tell me more about your situation:

Many of us tend to push our own health off. We think of others wants and needs before our own and eventually it becomes too late. But what we have to remember is that without our own health and wellness, we can’t be our best for our families and friends. So for their sakes, it’s our responsibility to take control of our health and move it in the right direction. I have a masters in nutrition. My practice focuses on finding the root cause for our client's symptoms, and using a natural approach for healing that naturally includes healthy eating and eating real food.
