So, why is your health and body falling apart?  Life happened, and that’s a good thing.  You have a career (at home or at work), a family,  a household, there is a lot to do!

So what is it going to take to find the time and energy to change this?  You need to take a step back and figure out what the stressors are.  What are the root causes of you behaving unhealthy?

Most programs give you a meal/exercise plan and you are supposed to follow it and you will be successful.  Well, that might work for a while, until something comes up (which always happens).  You go back to your unhealthy ways, and you are right back where you started; most of the time heavier than when you started,  mad at yourself, and frustrated.  You have not addressed the stressors/root causes and addressed them.  What is the point in losing 5-10 lb’s if you can’t keep it off for good?

This is where I come in.

Many of us tend to push our own health off. We think of others wants and needs before our own and eventually it becomes too late. But what we have to remember is that without our own health and wellness, we can’t be our best for our families and friends. So for their sakes, it’s our responsibility to take control of our health and move it in the right direction. I have a masters in nutrition.
