  • Learn about building a healthy pantry and what you need to make your food DELICIOUS

Cooking Class with Sarah

Friday, February 24th, 5:30 p.m.

  • Learn how to make healthy food in batches
  • Tips and tricks to delicious vegetables that your whole family will eat
  • Learn the timing of meat and vegetables so they come out perfect
  • Go home with a few prepared meals and sides
