Estrogen Dominance is REAL

Possible Signs of Estrogen Dominance

  • Rapid weight gain in hips and butt
  • Bloating and Fluid Retention
  • Painful, Irregular, and/or Heavy Cycles
  • Headaches

What causes Estrogen Dominance?

This is a loaded question, usually there are multiple culprits.  Here are some of them:

  • Excessive alcohol intake
  • Excessive meat intake
  • Not eating enough vegetables and plant foods
  • Eating a diet high in fatty and fried foods
  • Low fiber diet

What can I do to balance the harmful estrogen’s?

To reset estrogen, it usually takes a combination of the right supplements and lifestyle changes.  Here is a great place to start:
